• If the insured person becomes or allegedly becomes liable for damages under Private Law;
  such as liability resulting from
  damage to health or the death of an injured party;
  damage, destruction or loss of an object;

Search and Rescue Costs

• Search and rescue if the insured persons suffers an accident or emergency situation
  in difficult terrain including mountain and sea distress
